Have you ever wanted to take a workshop where the instructor gives it to you straight?

Advanced improv practice to make you an all-star on any team! You’ve taken classes and maybe done a few shows, but how do you progress from “good in class” to “good on stage?”

This is a new masterclass for experienced improvisers looking to hone their performance skills to a professional level. Exercises will be tailored based on your strengths and areas for improvement. Notes will include frank criticism meant to cut to the chase and give clear direction. Both instructor and students will bring an honest and reflective spirit, and lots of non-judgmental self-awareness.

INSTRUCTOR: Pavan J Singh

Pavan J Singh is an actor, improviser and theatre artist, who has worked with some of the most prominent theatre companies and film production houses in Singapore. Over the last 2 decades, he has performed extensively both locally and internationally. Pavan is also a lecturer at LASALLE College of the Arts, covering subjects like acting, improvisation and comedy for BSc and Diploma level students, and is also a frequent artist-in-residence, directing multiple productions over the years. He has performed in countless improv shows with teams such as Bird of the Absurd (Larks Improv Theatre), Improvanopolis, and the Edinburgh Improv Festival ensemble.
