Explore how to discover patterns organically, follow the groupmind, and heighten ideas into surprising second beats. This course focuses on performing the Harold in its most fluid, collaborative form, helping you sharpen your instincts, play with greater awareness, and create long-form sets that feel cohesive, alive, and full of discovery. NKP’s Advanced Improv classes are for students looking for a serious commitment to hone their craft. These classes are in-depth study to develop improv skills and consistency as an on-stage performer. Advanced Improv will change topics every cycle and includes 3 performances. Enrollment is by instructor approval. Applicants must have completed L3: Improv Performance. Approval is based on instructor feedback from all previous core curriculum classes. As an improv coach, he focuses on creativity, playfulness, and teamwork. He has taught students in Singapore and abroad, working with clients such as Grab, Singtel, the Health Promotion Board, Unilever, as well as at LASALLE College of the Arts. On stage, Jon has appeared with Singapore Repertory Theatre, How Drama, Toy Factory, and Sightlines. His screen credits include The Benzi Project, Uncanny Valley, Girl Band Called Girl Band, numerous commercials, and the upcoming feature film Sandbox.
